11) Calf raises (MJ)
12) Left hand stretch

14) Left hand stretch (from chest)
15) Right hand stretch (from chest)
16) Shake hands
17) Finger pushes
18) Roll fingers together in a ball - Don't count this one.
20) Side to side head
21) Up and down head
