Nunchaku Basics
1) Swing across your waist
2) Swing across your back (Shoulder down diagonally to waist)
3) Swing over your shoulder
4) Backward figure 8, swing over your shoulder
5) Forward figure 8, into your arm pit
6) Reverse grip, swing between your legs (from the front)
7) Swing under your arm (opposite of 3)
8) Forward figure 8, swing under your arm
9) Around your neck
10) Forward, Backward, Forward one (really long complex one)
11) Like number 2, but you start waist, and go diagonally to your shoulder
12) Reverse between the legs

6) Four steps up, kiai on the last one (Go south)
7) Step behind, two steps to your left (Go west)
8) Two steps to the right (Go east)
9) Back to the beginning
2) Turn 180 and two steps to the right (Go east)
3) Four steps up, kiai on the last one (Go north)
4) Step behind, two steps to your left (Go east)

11) Splits
12) Rotating hips
13) Rotating knees
14) Rotating left foot
15) rotating right foot
16) Feet side to side
17) Calf raises (MJ)
18) Left hand stretch
19) Right hand stretch
20) Left hand stretch (from chest)

22) Push ups
